I lived in an apartment with two friends, near Piazza Maggiore.
The great thing about Bologna is the porticoes: when it rains you don't need an umbrella!
In the morning I went to class, and in the afternoon I studied in the library.
In the evening we went out for an aperitif downtown.
It was cheap, and we often ate tortellini and tagliatelle with ragù.
Sometimes I climbed the Asinelli Tower to look at the city.
The exams were difficult, but I graduated last year.
Bologna is a young, lively and welcoming city. Come and visit it!
